What a surprise to check Ravelry this morning and see my pattern, Radcliffe Cowl, up for preview in Interweave Knits Holiday 2014!

The cowl was inspired by the architecture of the Radcliffe Camera, the domed reading room heart of the Bodleian Library of Oxford University, my literary roots and my inner anglophile. The half fisherman rib, increases and decreases create mason carved lines and bubbling dome structures in the fabric. Made from The Fibre Company’s Acadia, the luxurious silky tweed fabric lends to the stone-like illusion of the cowl.

Check it out on Ravelry! We have Acadia in every color way at the shop

Finally! The magazine is in the shop after months of waiting! So exciting to see my design in Interweave Knits Fall, but I am not just honking my own horn—this issue is packed with fabulous designs!
